A Little About Us
Gary
In November of 1984, while running from God, Gary had an encounter with the Lord in the shower at Southwest Texas State University that changed his life forever launching him into a real living relationship with a real living God and a certainty that God was a God of destiny with a divine plan for each of His children -- a plan that is worth pursuing at any cost and the greatest adventure that anyone can ever imagine. Out of this relationship was birthed a love for the Word of God; a passion for intimacy with God; a heart for the body of Christ; a burning desire for the nations, a fervent pursuit of the presence of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit; and a yearning to see the glory of the Lord manifested and released in the earth.
Gary and his wife, Susan, have been married since 1987. Standing side-by-side together in life and in ministry, they have truly experienced the hand of God upon their lives. They have had the privilege of watching their two wonderful sons, Brandon and Andrew, grow into strong virtuous young men. They have been active in giving their lives into the work of God together for over 35 years encompassing a multitude of areas of ministry. In the year 2000, they launched out and established Access & Overflow Ministries with a very clear and solid vision based in Habakkuk 2:14 that “the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea,” and a four-fold commitment and purpose to exalt Jesus; to reach and touch people with the love, the life, and the power of God; to equip and empower believers; and to impact the world for the Kingdom of God.
Gary has experienced manifestations of the glory of the Lord in his home and his ministry. He has an apostolic calling on his life, and he operates in both a prophetic and a teaching anointing. He has ministered in many countries including the U.S.A. finding great joy in partnering with the Holy Spirit and watching in awe as Jesus confirms His word and touches lives in amazing ways bringing refreshing, healing, restoration, deliverance, impartation, and empowering people to come alive, take the limits off, and live big in Him.

Susan
Having grown up in a non-Christian home where there was never any encouragement or any type of confidence or motivation to be anything in life, and being told that she was an “accident”, Susan had no hope, had bought the devil’s lie, and was convinced that she would die at a very early age. God had a different plan -- at 22 years old, Susan met Jesus Christ and entered into a real living relationship with the real living God who is mighty and wants to live big in and through the life of every believer. She was saved, baptized in the Holy Spirit, and implanted with divine purpose and God’s heart to reach out and touch people. Through the power of the Word of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit, God opened Susan’s eyes to see who He is and who she is in Him, and her life has been totally transformed. Everyday the reality of the resurrection becomes more real, the revelation of what Jesus has accomplished for his people to step into for themselves and to take to others becomes more alive, and the intensity and moving of the Holy Spirit grows exponentially.
Susan and her husband, Gary, have been married since 1987 and have two wonderful sons, Brandon and Andrew. They also have been blessed with a lovely daughter-in-law, Brandon’s wife Queila, and two amazing grandchildren. Working side-by-side in life and ministry, they founded Access & Overflow Ministries, Inc. as well as Waters Of Life Christian Center of Temple, Texas, where for over ten years they pastored a tremendous body of believers. They have seen the hand of God move mightily in their lives and ministry -- many have been healed and delivered, lives have been restored, and hearts are opened to the reality of true relationship with an awesome God and a life of divine intervention. Susan shares from her heart and from experience with simplicity and honesty, and she speaks directly with conviction and divine insight into what God is saying to His people. She has a desire to touch people with the life, power, and majesty of Jesus Christ, to encourage believers to take the limits off of God, and to equip and empower them to be all that they can be in Christ.
